This week's posts will feature Stampin' Up!'s Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper (#133521) and you can get it free with a qualifying purchase during Sale-a-bration. I love all the designs and the colors, think spring (and I surely need to do that with all the cold weather and snow we have had in the northeast this winter). The first card I cased from a card made at Tracey Roy's fundraiser for MS earlier this month. I had a request for a Mother's Day card so I made this Mother's Day card using mostly the same products.
The next item is a cute bag (also frrom the fundraiser) that I made when I got home. Check out the handles made from the Sweater Trim that has retired. Last time I checked Stampin' Up!'s Clearance Rack they still had 3 colors available. Also I had some Simply Pressed Clay flowers left from a previous project and added it for the center of the flower.
I loved that it matched perfectly with a card I had made the week before showcasing the Spirelli technique (I have made several cards with this embellishment, love it) which is a quick and easy wow factor.
If you want to see all of my friend, Tracey's projects, you can find her on Facebook at Lakeshore Paper Art! I loved helping everyone using the Big Shot machine for Tracey and look forward to next year's MS fundraiser.
