A little punch art card using the free Sale-a-bration Banner punch and Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I also used the Banners Framelits and the Word Bubbles Framelits from the Occasions Mini catalog. I cased this card from several I have seen on the web, not sure who originally created the sun & cloud design. UPDATE: I have done a little more searching and I believe Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Member, Jennifer Timko created the original card.
I added my touch by having the sun coming out over a stormy sea to show hope. I thought the saying from Really Good Greetings was perfect. I hope it brings a little sunshine to your day.
