Well, today, I am posting the last two cards made in my Painted Blooms class. If you have any questions please leave them in the comment or contact me directly and I will answer them.
I embossed the front of the card with the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Folder. I stamped the 5 blooms stamp from Painted Petals stamp set in Soft Sky on the stem piece cut from the bottom of the designer paper in step 1 (see post of February 23). I them stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss several times across the strip. Layer your designer paper onto a strip of Blackberry Bliss and center on front of you card. Wild Wasabi card base measures 4 1/4" x 11" and scored at 5 1/2".
I reversed the designer paper and used the opposite side for this card.
I used the sentiment from Stampin' Up's Big Day stamp set that you can get free with a qualified purchase during Sale-a-bration available until March 31, 2015. The letters were colored with markers (Wild Wasabi, Daffodil Delight, Rose Red and Island Indigo). I die cut the sentiment and mat with the Deco Labels Collection Framelits. I used candy dots to embellish the sentiment piece and mounted it to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Hope you enjoyed seeing what we made in my Painted Blooms class. Want to attend one of my classes, please contact me and I will add you to my class list.
