Abundant Hope Tie Dye Technique Easter Card

I love this Easter set and it can be used for so many different occasions! Think Easter, Get Well, Birthday, Mother's Day, Welcome Spring, etc.

For this Easter card I used black and white cardstock and a little Razzleberry Lemonade strip to pop the colors from the tie dye technique (this should have been posted Tuesday!) I used for the background.

I embossed the top 1/2 of the card front with Stampin' Up!'s Perfect Polka Dots Emboss Folder. I stamped the greeting in the bottom right hand corner.

Stamp Set(s): Abundant Hope (118547)

Cardstock: Whisper White (100730), Basic Black (102851), Razzleberry Lemonade (115675)

Ink: Basic Black (101179), Melon Mambo (115656), Crushed Curry (115659), Rich Razzleberry (115658), Garden Green (102272)

Accessories & Cool Tools: Stampin' Up!'s Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions folder (117335 Occasions Mini)), Big Shot (113439)

Technique: Wad up a lotion free tissue (kleenex) and using it like a sponge tap the tissue on the ink pad and then on the card randomly. A lighter touch will give a softer background. Use a different section of the tissue for each different color.
