Last month I helped design album pages for my granddaughter's graduation album (a surprise from her Mom). Aimee likes Vintage things and the theme for her graduation party was Dr. Suess. So, we took the colors from a paper stack Aimee had, (well, we actually took the whole pad!) and incorporated it into the album pages along with the Dr. Suess theme. Here are some of the vintage pages.

Looking for a unique Graduation card? Check this out:
You don't see where I used the die, because it is hidden by the "Graduation Cap" .
Card opened:
Detail:
Card base is 4 1/4" x 11"Whisper White card stock, scored at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2".
Basic Black card stock is 3" x 3" for cap and 4" x 5 1/4" for gown. Rest is made with the Perfect Pennant die. I loved how there was no hand cutting for this card!

New catalog is out and boy do I have a lot of catching up to do on my blog. I have been taking pictures of cards/projects I have been creating (most of the time) now I just need to get them on my blog. I was in Virginia for a week to go to my niece's wedding on June 2nd (yup, just when the new Stampin' Up! catalog ordering started!) Then came home in time for my grandson's high school graduation and party. So now back to business. The directions for this card came from the Stampin' Up! demonstrator site. Thank you, Stampin' Up!
Here is a picture of the card I made for my grandson:

I made it with Word Play and his school colors, black and orange. Love how it turned out. Here is the matching envelope:

Next is a project we made at my Hostess Appreciation party and Club party. I used Bright Blossoms and Loving Thoughts stamp sets and Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper for this Mini Album:

Inside:

Hope you enjoy these items and please ask if you have any questions. If you are a demo, the basic graduation card is shown in a Stampin' Up! video on the Demo site. The mini album inspiration came from an album Kimberly Van Diepen did for Christmas last year. Hope you are enjoying the new Stampin' Up! catalog. Don't have one? Ask me how to get yours free!
