This Tuesday Technique is Dry Embossed Vellum. Today I am taking an old card I made a couple of year's ago with the Dry Embossed Vellum Technique (most likely cased) and made it new using the Because I Care Stamp set and new colors: Marina Mist,Cajun Craze and Crumb Cake!

Here is the new Card:

Stampin' Up! Because I Care, 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog, Jeannine Tarrio , Dry Embossed Vellum Technique

Here is the old Card:

Stampin' Up! Bloomin' Beautiful, Dry Embossed Technique Card, Jeannine Tarrio

The technique: Stamp an outline stamp in black. Turn the Vellum over & emboss with a stylus over a mat papck cushion. Color the image in with markers on the backside. Turn over and mount on cardstock. This technique gives a beautiful raised image on the front!
