A Christmas Greeting with Something for Eating!
I guess that pretty much sums up this unique Christmas card. I found the template on Split Coast Stampers in the resources section. I believe it was called a Treat Card. My card holds 5 hershey nuggets and has a pocket for your message. I used the Candy Cane Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper on the front of the treat box and the back of the pocket. The front of the pocket was embossed using the Big Shot and Stampin' Up!'s Petals-A-Plenty Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
The designer series paper was the inspiration for the colors I used: Real Red, Baja Breeze, Gardern Green and Whisper White. For a little sparkle, I added a Brights Glimmer Brad to hold the Whisper White Organza pull tab in place. This was another project for my December clubs.

Hi, Jeannine! I made cards like this treat card for my homeroom students this year. I must admit that I cut the card down to a shorter size because I wanted to be able to get two out of each piece of 12×12 cardstock. I made 15 of them and didn't want to end up with so many scraps! I thought I was a really neat design and a way to include a treat for the kids!
