Vintage Vogue Card for my Sister

Vintage Vogue Card

I am trying to decide if I should call this style Vintage Chic or Nouveau Vogue (try saying that 5 times in a row!). I like how it turned out. Hope my sister does too.

I created this card for my sister who is undergoing Chemotherapy at the present time. She had a stem cell transplant last February and was in remission, however, she learn the day after Christmas that she had to have chemo again and they are searching for a bone marrow donor. We (her siblings) are not a match. Please say a prayer for her.

TIP:  Notice how the knot is nice and flat on the front of this card?  It is a matter of keeping the ribbon flat when tying the knot.  A trick to learning how to do this, is by using Stampin' Up!'s Polka Dot ribbon.  One side has the dots, the other plain.  You want to tie your knot with the polka dots showing at all times (or the plain side showing at all times).
