Party Hearty Birthday Card using the Baby Wipe Technique

Another Birthday set I haven't used in a while is the Party Hearty set. It can be used for children and adults. On the card below, I used the Baby Wipe technique in three different ways. Once as a background (see strip across middle of card) and as a stamp pad (words "Party Hearty") and, using the baby wipe directly on the stamp (b is for birthday)! It is a great beginner technique and can be used in many ways as shown on this card.

Party Hearty using Baby White Technique Stampin' Up!

TIP: To create this technique, I folded a baby wipe and placed it on a piece of plastic wrap. Then I used reinkers to add strips of color on the baby wipe fairly close together so I could use it as a stamp pad as well as for a background.
