Fancy Flower Rose Matchbox for Mother’s Day

This little rose matchbox is the perfect holder for jewelry, chocolate, money, or a message for your Mom, wife, sister, special aunt, friend, teacher, etc. I have seen many 3-D flowers using different punches, however, this is my favorite so far. I do not know who to credit for this idea since I have seen many different versions. If you are the original creator, please let me know and I will be glad to give you credit. All I have written down is the cuts on the fancy flower, no other instructions, so I have typed how I made the flower and the link to directions is given below.

Tip: Distress the card stock by rubbing it back and forth over the edge of a desk, counter, etc. to break the fibers so you can shape it easily.

I love your rose on the matchbox. I love making paper roses, and mine are similar to yours, but on  a smaller scale.
