Fresh Vintage Valentine Card
Another card using scraps and new product. The samps and the paper are obviously new, what is old is the curved piece of Twitterpated Designer Series Paper leftover from a card I just created for next month's Creatvie Crew challenge (so I cannot show it yet).
I love how this card turned out. I cased the red butterfly from page 6 of Stampin' Up!'s 2012 Sale-a-bration catalog. Instead of the flower and brad for the center I embossed "Be Mine" in gold embossing powder on a piece of Basic Black for the center of the butterfly. I die cut Real Red butterfly using the Beautiful Butterfly die and the Big shot and then embossed it with Cherry Scented Stampin' Emboss Powder (page 35 2012 Occasions Mini catalog). The embossed image is from another Sale-a-bration stamp set – Fresh Vintage.
The "Love" stamp is from Stampin' Up!'s Outlined Occasions stamp set on page 10 of the Sale-a-bration catalog.

Triple Sided Card with Sweet Shop Suite!
Another Creative Crew Challenge – Holiday Focus!
Think Valentine's Day All challenges this month focus on things "new" to us. It may not be new, but if we've never done it, it's new to us! My third Creative Crew Challenge – CCREW112HF focuses on the holiday -Valentine's Day. I needed to make a card or decor item using hearts in a new way to me – something I've never done with hearts. Hmmm… first I was stumped and then I remembered a 2011 Leadership swap card that I received from Linda Heller. I loved it and wanted to try this unique fold sometime, so no time like the present. I figured out how Linda made her card and and then went to work on this challenge. This card is like getting 3 cards in 1 — each side is different!
