You’re My Type Masculine Card
Carrie and I got together last month and created cards for our card buffets. Creating the cards together is twice as much fun plus a whole lot faster! We chose the stamps and most of the papers for these cards from Stampin' Up!'s 2012 Occasions Mini catalog and the 2012 Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration catalog.
Fourth card for my January Card Buffet is a card using You're My Type stamp set from page 27 of Stampin' Up!'s 2012 Occasions Mini catalog. Stampin' Up! had the perfect paper as the background for this card, see the old fashioned typewriter in the background paper? It is from the First Edition Specialty Designer Series Paper in Stampin' Up!'s 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog (this one is not from the mini). We got the inspiration for this card from Stampin' Connection, there were several so we cased the layout and choose different colors and papers. It could be used for a masculine Valentine or masculine birthday.

Vintage typewriters are hip–and so is this retro-themed, seven-piece stamp set. Sentiments rendered in a classic, typewriter font fit perfectly on the typewriter "page." Coordinates with our nostalgiac Attic Boutique product suite. Set Quantity: 7 |

There are 12 different cards in all and most papers and stamps are from both Stampin' Up! mini catalogs. More tomorrow! Do you want to attend my next card buffet?
Do you live in the Central Maine area? If so, check my calendar or contact me to be added to my mailing list for upcoming events.
All Occasions Card Class
These are cards that we made at an all occasions card class. The sentiments could be changed to make get well, thank you, birthday, or thinking of you cards.

The above card used the Big Shot and Stampin' Up!'s Two Tags Die on the cardfront. Below is the Two Tags die opened:
Two More For Dads and Granddads!
Best Dad Ever says it all on this Father's Day Card. Need a card for your granddad? Just use the "grand" stamp from Wonderful Favorites #115114 (on the last chance list) to stamp the word "grand" above the word DAD to change the greeting!
And a birthday card using the same stamp set from Stampin' Up! – The Open Sea and Best Dad Ever. I used the One Sheet Wonder technique to create my own "wallpaper" for the side pieces.
Do you need another reason to buy this set? Well, check out the census image stamp in this set! Wouldn't it look great on scrapbook pages in a heritage album, on a card for the family genealogist or for a history buff?
Brad Cog Wheel Embellishment
Another use for the Cogs Double Punch – Add a 3/16" silver brad to the center and you have a masculine embellishment for my Happy birthday banner! If you don't have this punch and want it, you NEED to get it before Stampin' Up!'s supply runs out. This punch is on the discontinued list.
Tomorrow more items from my downline meeting last month.
Sailing On The Open Sea – Birthday Wishes!
I can't get enough of The Open Sea stamps set – it must be because I have been starved for masculine stamp sets! Well, Stampin' Up! has 3, YES three masculine sets in the 2011 Summer Mini catalog: The Open Sea, Best Dad Ever, and Travel Log!
Along with The Open Sea, I used the happy birthday from Teenie Tiny Wishes, Nautical Expedition Designer Series Paper, as well as, the Word Window and Modern Label punches.
Thanks for looking!
