Stampin' Up's Urban Underground Suite is great for masculine cards and more.
Another August Card Buffet Card uses Stampin' Up!'s The Wilderness Awaits stamp set for a masculine birthday card. My cards for my card buffets are usually quick and easy to make with one or two with a technique or fun fold.
The Wilderness Awaits
1. Stamp elk in Early Expresso on smaller Very Vanilla CS (3 ¾” x 5”).
2. Stamp “sky” with Pool Party and “ground” with Cajun Craze.
3. Stamp greeting in Early Expresso and sponge edges and glue to Early Expresso CS. Then glue to Lost Lagoon card.
4. Glue larger Very Vanilla CS inside.
My team member Carol M-C made a card similare to this from a video she saw on YouTube. I found it and I cased the idea for the fish inside from the video and then created my card front.
I love how the rope goes through the anchor. Secret: Don't ink the top half of the anchor loop. Just draw it in with a marker. Voila!
Thanks for stopping by and watch for special offers in September.
I was at a craft convention and saw a card with a pull down window ( I don't know what else to call it) and it had a pile of kittens. This is my version of that card using Stampin' Up! products.
This is the card with the wiindow pulled down:
I used Stampin' Up!'s Verticle Greetings stamp set and Stampin' Up!'s Pretty Kitty stamp set. My window piece is about 2 1/2" x 5" scored at 1/4" on three sides and a 1/2 circle punched at the bottom. You can make the window holder and pull down any size by working your dimensions out from the opening. You just need to allow about a 3/8" border around the opening on 3 sides and score. On the bottom end leave 1/2" and punch 1/2 a circle. Then allowing a 1/4" tab for adhering with Tear Tape, cut cardstock or Designer Series Paper.
I also stamped a kitty and saying on the inside.

This was one of the cards I created for my June clubs. I combined Stampin' Up!'s Jar of Love with Birthday Banners to create my card.
It is a shaker card and is so much fun to make. I used the brights sequins and the Confetti Punch for the inside of the jar. Also, window sheets and Stampin' Up!'s new Foam Adhesive Strips.
