Animal Crackers basket & 3 x 3 cards, Wedding Cards

I am posting today some of the items shared by some of my downline at our meeting this past weekend.  I invited my 1st and 2nd downlines for a dinner meeting and a shoebox swap.  I also shared recent projects I made and as well as highlighting new products from Stampin' Up!'s Summer Mini that you will be receiving in the mail shortly if you have not already received it.  I asked them to bring items for show n' tell as well.  Below, are shares from two of my downline:  Brandy Morgan and Michele Stinson:

Fresh Cuts Card

Again I never would have thought of using these colors together!  This card is fairly quick (unless you do not like coloring in the image with dusty durango!). I used a different ribbon treatment on this card as well. Hope you are having fun with this contest. This is the last contest card for this week and I will have two more cards with the remainder of the color combos next week.

Fresh Cuts Card #4, Blog Candy Contest, Stampin' Up!

Another clue:  As I only had 10 minutes, I found all 6 color schemes within the the first 25-30 pages at most and found more than one color scheme/picture per page.

Here are the contest details: When I was at the beauty salon last week I had about 10 minutes to look through a magazine. I saw a lot of different color combinations and, well I get my inspiration in a lot of places, so I thought these colors would make a nice card! So I started writing down the color combinations in the various pictures that looked like Stampin' Up! colors. Any colors in bold in the recipe above were in a single picture. I wrote down the name of the magazine and the month and about 6 different color combinations all in the same magazine. This weekend I made cards using those color combinations I wrote down. I have 4 cards done for this week and will have the other two ready to post next week. Your Challenge is find the magazine I looked at that has these color combinations! The first person to name the magazine and correct month/year will win the blog candy. I will give the blog candy away at the end of the month. If no one answers correctly, I will draw a name from everyone who posted a comment between April 13- April 30. Good Luck and don't forget to post a comment to be eligible for the blog candy. Good Luck and start looking at pictures/advertisments in magazines when out and about and you may win!!  NOTE: You are eligible to enter if you live in the continental United States only.  I will mail blog candy (it's a surprise!) to only US  addresses  that accepts Priority flat rate package.

Introducing Under the Stars Card #3

Card number 3 is a fancy fold called a Z-Card. Again the colors in the post were taken from another picture/advertisement in the same magazine. After reading the color combo I had written down, I thought Stampin' Up!'s Under the Stars stamp set might work and began designing my card. Below is the closed card:
